REALTIME YOU CAN READ
A direct realtime feed can be an invaluable litigation tool, but only if you can read it. Just because a reporting firm assigns you a “realtime reporter” doesn’t guarantee that what comes out on your computer or iPad will be useful. Chase realtime reporters hold state and national certifications and prep on case-specific material in advance to ensure an accurate realtime feed. Not all realtime reporters are created equal. CART
Communication Access Realtime Translation (CART) services is a professional service that can be delivered on location or remotely. It is the instant translation of the spoken word into English text using a stenotype machine, notebook computer, and realtime software. The text produced by the CART service can be displayed on an individual’s computer monitor, projected onto a screen, combined with a video presentation to appear as captions, or otherwise made available using other transmission and display systems.
Focus Groups
Chase Litigation Services offers trial preparation focus groups through its partner, Focuity Group.
Focuity Group is a consulting firm specializing in small, 5 – 10 persons, focus group sessions designed to give law firms “mock-jury feedback” on cases they are preparing for trial. Each session runs approximately two hours and is conducted using an online remote platform.
