What if your Technology Fails?
What is your backup plan if your internet fails? Be prepared with an alternative such as the conference call-in number, hotspot on your mobile device or a jetpack. Have a backup laptop or mobile device to use if yours freezes or stops functioning.
These new procedures and steps are going to be around for a while. Those most prepared with proper training, that have alternatives if issues arise, and that portray a professional appearance will fare out the best. This pandemic has handed us curveball after curveball, but we are doing a great job at adapting to this new normal.
